Liver Sauce for Fish

Fish Liver
Drawn butter
Cayenne or black pepper
A couple tsp lemon juice
1 tbs catsup
Boil the liver of the fish— then mash it fine, stir it into drawn butter, put in a little cayenne, or black pepper, a couple of teaspoonsful of lemon juice, and a tablespoonful of catsup.
