Liver Salad

1 cup cold liver

Marinate liver

2 cups celery or cabbage

Mayonnaise dressing or Boiled Dressing

Marinate cold boiled liver ½ an hour in French Dressing. Cut celery and cabbage in dice. Mix with celery or cabbage and dressing and serve on lettuce. Garnish with olives.
